R&P Enterprise “RIST”: 20 years of journey to success!10.11.16

Many passengers on the suburban trains know what has become almost a standard blue-and-white seats made of fiberglass are manufactured in the workshops of the R&P enterprise "RIST" in the town of Volnyansk, Zaporozhye region. Already hundreds of cars in Ukraine and abroad are equipped with a passenger seat produced by this company. However, the R&P enterprise "RIST" is known not only for seats for trains. In 2009, there was designed and manufactured control cab for the main locomotive 2ТE25. It successfully passed certification tests and now commissioned and successfully operated more than a dozen sections of the locomotive with "RIST" cabs. And in 2011 "RIST" surprise at the international exhibition EXPO 1520 is its new design control cab of electric trains ED4M series 500. High rating from customers and the accumulated experience of joint work with the enterprises of railway engineering gave additional impetus to the movement towards new successes. In 2015, presents the new product with original design and innovative solutions in the design of the cab electric train EP2D. In the design of this cab are included the latest requirements in European safety standards, according to which, all passenger trains must be equipped with crash safety system passengers. The cabin received a split design front fairing, under the lower section of which are energy-absorption devices (not just those the mandatory crash elements). The composition of the electric cab has successfully passed the certification tests, thereby confirming high performance trains with "RIST" cabs. By the way, R&P enterprise "RIST" is known by successes in the production of cabs for locomotives. Designers of "RIST" has developed and launched the cab of the locomotive ТG16М. From the first design sketches with the outlines of the new cab before the documentation process took almost six months, another 2 months it took to release the first prototype of a pair of cabs. In 2015 ТG16М was presented at the international exhibition EXPO 1520. At the moment R&P Enterprise "RIST" completes major contract for the supply of 80 cab for the acquisition of locomotives of this type. Several sections of ТG16М are in successful operation already. Based on the experience, quality of work and tight deadlines, which are placed in the engineering projects, the company's management decided to participate in the development of the new tram. In 2015, the R&P enterprise "RIST" has developed the design project and the design of the tram car LM-68М3, and then mastered its production. Since then, the R&P enterprise "RIST" opened a new direction – the construction and repair of public municipal transport. Immediately after this project was released 14 tram cars. This year, the engineers of R&P enterprise "RIST" was developed and prepared for serial production of the new tram car 71-301. In 2016, R&P enterprise "RIST" celebrates its anniversary. Enterprise from the very beginning formed a professional team, which is now headed by the founder of the company Lyubov A.Paronova, and for 20 years was able to take a worthy place among suppliers of products for railway transport of Ukraine and abroad. Experience in design and construction of rolling stock, for flexible and efficient production system enable R&P enterprise "RIST" and further, to look optimistically into the future, bringing bold ideas in transportation engineering.
